Dear ObsPy supporter,

The donation programme for ObsPy has been discontinued. Unfortunately, the donations collected only cause trouble with the German tax declaration and ended up costing me more nerves and time than expected. In the end, I still pay extra. Thank you again for your financial contribution if you were a previous supporter. However, I will continue to run the server privately and pay for it myself in the future. As already promised, I will keep you updated about usage of the donations at https://forum.obspy.org as soon as I have received the final tax assessment from the tax office for 2020 (and 2021 next year).
