Funding

The Brioche project is entirely open source and community-driven, and the goal is to keep it that way! In addition to development efforts, we also provide several public resources, like the Brioche Registry and the artifact cache-- plus the build servers behind it all. Our infrastructure costs aren't free, although we aim to keep recurring costs down using a mix of self-hosted and cloud-based resources.

In the short term, donations will go towards paying for cloud infrastructure costs, self-hosted hardware costs, and funding time spent on development and maintenance work. This will help us keep costs manageable as the project grows. In the long term, we'd also love to reach a point where one or more developers can be funded to work full-time on Brioche. With your donations, we want to keep Brioche free, open-source, and sustainable!
